Whats the investment to get started?

Salesperson: $60 +gst p/month. No installation fee & no minimum term
Just fill in our automatic payment and licence form (if you don’t have a copy already you can find these on our website www.whysalespartner.co.nz under the page ‘paperwork’), send the originals to us at P.O Box 13085, Johnsonville, Wellington. We’ll contact you and get you started with your copy of SalesPartner as soon as possible.

Office: $100 +gst p/month. ($200 +gst p/month with ’back office software’ and ‘property management’ software for up to 100 managements.) We recommend you budget for at least one of our team to visit your office on-site for initial installation & training. The investment required for this is $800 +gst per person, per day. Can I pay by Credit Card?

At this stage no, although we are working on making this facility available.


Can I buy the software outright?

We provide SalesPartner on rental basis. The benefit to you being: 1. You never have to pay for updates or ‘new’ versions later on, they are included in the monthly rental. 2. There are no large up front costs when you get started.


Do I need to invest in a website aswell?

We provide personal & company websites as an added value service to SalesPartner. These are an optional extra. You can run SalesPartner and profit from it without having your own website.


Can my P.A use it aswell? And will this cost me more?

You can have your SalesPartner running on more than one computer with no extra monthly investment required. Although Installation of SalesPartner is free when you get started, setting up a second computer eg. A copy for your P.A, will be charged at an hourly rate (usually requires an investment of $120 +gst for 1 hour of our time).


My office does not have SalesPartner, can I still use it?

Definitely, we have many clients around the country that enter their own listings into SalesPartner and have achieved some fantastic results. We have fine-tuned SalesPartner so that entering listings is a breeze (you can ‘copy and paste’ essential info like photos & adverts from any website straight into SalesPartner).

The other option is to encourage your office to invest in SalesPartner aswell. Then you can download listings from your office as often as required.


What kind of support do you provide?

SalesPartner has help built in that you can access by holding your mouse over any button. Also built into the program is a feature called ’The Learning Centre’ with a vast catalogue of tutorial movies and text guides covering many aspects of SalesPartner that will save you time and help you on the road to further success in Real Estate.

Do you hold training courses?

Training courses are run in Auckland and Wellington throughout the year. Often free to our subscribers, we run these morning courses every 1-2 months in Wellington and every 4-6 months in Auckland. They vary in difficulty from Basic to Advanced and are usually run in succession. Eg. Wednesday - Basic, Thursday - Advanced, Friday - Expert. We have had clients travel from as far as Dunedin, Whangarei, Hawke’s Bay & Tauranga to attend.
