​How to: Edit Letter Templates

Customize your SalesPartner letter templates to create engaging newsletter, email and direct mail templates which you can reuse.

Step 1. Select a basic template

Find an existing template to customize. An existing template will include various merge fields and objects so you can concentrate on your content and format.

Open Letters ​from ​Contacts / Contact Entry / Listing Entry / Gallery.

Tip: ​Contact letters are designed for groups or individual contacts. Gallery letters are geared more towards vendors.

Select a template > Click ​Edit
