How to: Fix DAX Errors
When a salesperson is unable to synchronize, and a BDE error appears on the Server.
May present upon upgrading the server to Windows 10, also shows as Catastrophic Failure on the salesperson PC when attempting to synchronize.
- Reinstall SynchroServer on the Server machine. Download the latest version from the Downloads page
- Double check GUID in Borland Socket Server (must be running)Check port forwarding on the router
- Test logging in (address: localhost) on the server
- Re-index / Reread datafiles on server PC and salesperson PC
- Reboot server PC
- Delete the contents of PRIV and PRIV2 in the local spartner directory on the server PC (C:\spartner\PRIV\)
