How to: Merge a Listing Agreement
Enter listing data into SalesPartner
In Listing Entry, lookup the desired listing and click Print Reports
Open the Listing Kit tab and double click Listing Authority. Note: depending on the template file size, it may take 30 seconds to load.
Once the report has loaded, use the navigation arrows to view the pages.
Save and Print
Use the Save into Media extension to save a PDF of the agreement in the listing's media folder.
This feature will compress the file size and make it easy to find the document later.
Save to Media stores a PDF copy of the Listing Agreement in your listing's media folder.
Printing Tips
Printing from the PDF is preferable to printing complex documents directly from SalesPartner, due to the smaller size of PDF files.
Use the Shrink oversized pages option to ensure that no margins are lost when printing.
