How to: Shift Listing Activity

Learn how to shift listing activity from one listing to another. This is useful when you have loaded activity against a prospect listing, and you then wish to transfer that activity to the available listing record (which may have been entered by your office).

- Open Listing Entry

- Lookup the prospect listing where the existing activity currently resides.

- Click into the Activity tab.

- Click Advanced. Note: Advanced is only available when activity records exist.

- Select Shift all Activity to another Listing. This will transfer all your prospect listing activity to your available listing.

When you select an Advanced Shift Activity option, Lookup Listing will open so that you can find and select which listing to transfer the activity to.

The confirmation dialog will open, click Yes to proceed.

The Activity will now be loaded against the listing which you selected.
