The System File includes a field for your website. This field is merged into the salesperson contact information for various SalesPartner report templates. To change or remove the website on reports, you can edit the System File website field. Open More > Settings > System File. Open the Report Clauses tab. Edit or remove the Website text. Close System File to save, then restart SalesPartner to apply changes. Note: Do not edit the company or salesperson name in System File as this will invalidate your registration code. In Listing Entry the Geo-coordinates tool in the Map tab populates Postcodes automatically. Example: I've entered a new listing into SalesPartner but I don't know the postcode. Solution: Open the Map tab and click on the Geocode tool to fetch the property's Latitude and Longitude. This will also load the postcode into the address tab.
In this walk-through we'll run through the steps for changing your company branding from Leaders to Ray White. Step 1: Change your franchise in System File. Open SalesPartner > More > Settings Open System File. In Franchise, select Ray White from the drop-down menu. Click Close to exit System File and Save Changes. Step 2: Update your SalesPartner branding. Stay in Settings and click Update > Branding > Yes to the confirmation prompt. Once the branding has downloaded, click Install then Yes to the overwrite branding prompt. Click Yes to update your Logofile when prompted. Click OK once the update has completed. Test your new branding by trying a standard Report or Letter template.

This administrative guide explains how to add a new agent in SalesPartner. Click More > Settings > Salespeople Click + to create a new salesperson. In the New Code window, enter a 3 letter code for the new salesperson. Tip: use the salesperson's initials. Agent ID codes that are 3 letters are less likely to conflict than 2 letter codes. The same ID code cannot be used twice. Enter the salesperson's contact information as it will be published in reports. Ignore the Trading Name and Comment fields - these are rarely used.
