If a synchronization process is interrupted, subsequent attempts to synchronize may result in an error stating that the 'Blob has been modified'. To fix this error on a client PC (not the server), close SalesPartner, then open SalesPartner Utilities and click Reindex.
If you are not able to complete your scheduled weekly backup when prompted, open SalesPartner Utilities -> Offsite Internet Backup, and check these settings: - Passive FTP Mode should be ticked - Use Alternate Backup Server should be ticked Then click Backup and Go. Upon completion, these settings will be saved for future backup events. Still not working? If you are using third party antivirus software such as Avast / Eset / Norton, try deactivating your Antivirus software temporarily then running Backup and Go. If this resolves the issue, we can help you add an exclusion so that the Rezyutil.exe process is allowed.
Standard open home reports in the Gallery will only print a listing's next open home. If you wish to print open home lists which display multiple viewings, use the To Do List template. Open To Do List. Click Open Homes filter in the lower menu to show upcoming open homes. Click Date_ column header to sort open homes by date. The report will publish the open home list in the order which is applied. Click Print Report / press Ctrl+P on your keyboard. Double Click Open homes to view the report. Note this is a standard report template.
