A new bug has been detected in SalesPartner version 11.0.0.17. The bug appears to occur randomly, causing administrative changes to not propagate to feeds and synchronized salesperson copies. When a listing's information is edited, these alterations are recorded with a date tag, which triggers updates to feed data (website portals) and synchronized data. The change dates can be checked in Listing Entry. The change dates should always be populated and the date should update automatically every time a change is posted / saved in Listing Entry. Example of a listing with blank change date fields: this is theoretically impossible. What to do (office / admin systems only): Check your version number in Settings to determine whether you are running version 11.0.0.17. If you suspect that your listings have been affected, check that your recent listing's change date fields are not blank, in Listing Entry -> Dates tab. A new version of SalesPartner is in development, but you may wish to roll back your system in an emergency. For assistance email [email protected] .
