SynchroServerSetup updated for Version 14

The SynchroServer installer now includes registered components that are necessary to run against the various databases supported by SalesPartner version 14 including: SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB, and Firebird SQL.

• Ensure that the FDConnectionDefintions.ini file is copied into C:\spartner\Synchro\
  
• If missing, copy libmysql.dll from C:\spartner into C:\spartner\Synchro\

Run SynchroServer as a service
