Here are 3 things that are different about SalesPartner Real Estate Software.

1. SalesPartner Real Estate Software is available for lease with no minimum term, & you wont have to pay for product updates in the future - they're free.

2. Customisable - We take pride in helping you create your own versions of flyers, window cards, emails, letters and more for use in SalesPartner.

3. SalesPeople can invest in their own copy, and use SalesPartner on a laptop and/or a home desktop, and PA's can use it with no extra monthly investment.

With SalesPartner there are many layers. In nearly all cases (except web sites and stand alone contract printing) the software is provided as a rental with no minimum term.

Some of the key points are:

Salespeople licences are $67.50 per month - no installation fee over the internet - and no minimum term. This includes a property web-page they can upload to, and email out to their clients as a URL for up to 10 selected listings at a time. Plus many other facilities salespeople have found give them an effective advantage in their market place.

For Office licence rentals there are 3 levels. You choose the option, or combination that will provide the best solution for your business.

A. Head office - includes SalesPartner for the office, OfficePartner and synchro server base. $200+gst per month

B. Branch Office - includes SalesPartner for the office, SalesNet for remote entry of listings to head office $100 +gst per month

C. Small branch office - as above for an office supporting less than 4 salespeople $60 + gst per month.

SalesPartner Office functions include, Window cards, flyer printing, custom report editor, letter writing, office databasing, contract overprinting, activity trails and paths, activity reports for vendors and weekly letters, catalogues, CMAs, catalogues for buyers, uploads to RealENZ, PropertyStuff, and Open Homes web sites with Allrealestate uploads in testing, all at no extra charge.

All monthly rentals include basic support by phone or email and regular updates of the programs at no extra charge - there are no capital purchases required for the software. All SalesPartner products come with local office multi-user network support at no extra charge.

Training and implementation options:

On site $120 +gst per hour per person with a maximum of $800 +gst per day or $1500 +gst per day for two people. We pay travel and accommodation.

We provide training for salespeople using remote tools built into SalesPartner we call ‘The Learning Centre’. We also invite them to free training courses we provide in Wellington & Auckland throughout the year.

Office admin staff are able to come to Wellington and work with us - charges are $80 +gst per hour with a daily maximum of $250 +gst.

In addition to the basic free support by phone or email we can also provide remote support using Virtual Network to view your computer screens.

We are keen to support local computer expertise and have developed web based support tools which provide most of the facilities your local support people should require to ensure your systems are able to run continuously and the hardware can upgraded or replaced as necessary without us needing to visit.
