  Training Modules:
 
Basic SalesPartner Training - The first module with aspects of all others.
Open Homes as a source of appraisals.
With extensive letter writting and trump flyers aspects.
Securing the Listing.
Including Vendor Contribution and Marketing Plans.
No Price Marketing and “Bridging the Gap”
Market awareness for Vendors and Buyers.
Customer Care and Task Management
Includes anniversaries, repeat tasks and smart letters.
Targeted Databasing,
Newsletters, web sites, special promotions and business development areas.
   
-Training modules usually take a half day each to deliver; Ideally we should then have a half day available For hands on skill development and certification.
On Site support, installation, customisation & training is currently charged Out at:
  • $1800 +gst for two of our people for one day. (Minimum Recommended for offices - Includes expenses)
  • $1500 +gst per day for 2 days together.
  • $1250 +gst per day if booked for 2 or more 2 day sessions.
NB: We also provide training at our Wellington offices - at a special one hour rate for salespeople: (Pay for one hour - $80 +gst, and stay as long as you like in the day.) And at $250 +gst per day for one on one attention for office staff.
 Best of all there are no hidden charges.
We pay all the costs of getting there within NZ from the fees.
