Troubleshooting: Key Violation error
Try restarting SalesPartner and / or restarting your PC
Non-networked deployment only: Open SalesPartner Utilities and click Advanced -> Reread Data Files -> Yes
It may take 5-15 minutes to reread Data Files on a large database. While the reread is in progress, do not attempt to open SalesPartner or force the process to stop / shut down your PC. The screen may go blank and the window may be unresponsive but you must wait for the Utilities window to show "OK" in red.
Networked deployment
Close SalesPartner, OfficePartner and Utilities on all workstations, then run the Data File Reread on the server (Backup essential).

Contact SalesPartner to report the error.
