How to: Edit Salesperson contact details
Edit your email address and contact information so that it appears correctly in brochures as well as your email footer.
- Open SalesPartner
- Click More
- Click Settings
Note: On a salesperson copy, the system owner will show by default. In an office host copy or network client, these settings must be modified by an administrator. Use the Lookup tool to find another agent on an office system.
Enter / edit your contact information. Use the Tick button to save your changes, and restart SalesPartner to apply your changes.
On a Salesperson system, (not networked Cloud / LAN deployments) your email address should match your INI email address details.
To include: 'AREINZ' accreditation, type it next to your Surname.
Enter your first name in both the Title and Initials as well as the Greeting field.
Assign a phone type (Mobile / Work / Home) using the drop down tools. Unassigned numbers will be labelled as 'Phone:' on some reports.
You can include 'DDI' before your number if you wish, by manually typing the text ahead of the number within the field.
Comment and Trading Name fields are not currently used in standard reports.
Reports typically accommodate five lines of contact information. So if all four number fields are occupied, as well as your email address, then a standard template would not display your website information (if present).
