How to: Sync a Contact to Outlook
Export an individual contact from SalesPartner to Outlook (Office365).
Outlook contacts can be accessed via Office365, Skype and through Android devices and iPhones which are running Microsoft Outlook.
When you add a new contact into SalesPartner, you can quickly export a single contact into Microsoft Outlook by following these steps:
Add a contact:
- Open SalesPartner
- Open Contact Entry
- Enter Contact Details and click Legal / Other Tab
Sync to Outlook
- In Legal / Other tab, Click Sync to Outlook.
An Outlook ID code will be generated. Future changes can be re-synced to Outlook without causing double ups. If you decide to wipe your Outlook contacts and start over, you can use the Clear icon to wipe the Outlook ID Code.
Note: Outlook-Sync is not yet supported in SalesPartner-Cloud environments. Contacts may be exported and imported into Outlook in bulk. Contact Groups can be synced to Outlook in a batch via Contacts -> Tools.
