If you are uploading a listing that has been copied from an old listing or has been withdrawn and relisted, you'll need to delete the old Trade Me listing ID before uploading it to Trade Me again.
In Listing Entry, under the Internet tab delete the old Trade Me ID before clicking Upload to TradeMe. If a Trade Me classified listing has expired or been withdrawn then the old Trade Me ID cannot be reused.
Tip: Use the internet explorer icon to test the Trade Me ID in your browser. If the listing shows on Trade Me then the ID is valid. If the listing shows as expired or not found then the ID is invalid.
The listing agreement template in SalesPartner is a generic agency contract which can be modified to suit your requirements.
The template can be printed blank but will merge many details of your appraisal listing if they have been entered in SalesPartner. This can improve readability and efficiency by minimising handwritten comments and double entry. You can also export the agreement as a PDF which can be signed electronically.
In Listing Entry add an appraisal listing and click Print Reports.

An additional export option under save is RTF - a Microsoft Word compatible format. Although some aesthetic formatting is not preserved in this export, the document is usable. From word you can save the file as a .Docx which most parties should be able to edit.
To save the listing authority as an RTF for MS Word, click Save and drop down Save as type to select RTF File (*.RTF)

Question: How do I merge three duplicate contacts into a a single contact?
Solution: In Contacts you can use Combine Contacts under advanced tools to merge duplicate records into one.
Open Contacts and select the contacts you wish to merge. Click Tools, Advanced Tools, Combine Contacts.
Select the primary contact which the other contacts will be merged into. In this example I've selected the contact that has additional contact details.
Click Yes when prompted then you can review the log. Note that activity records are preserved and vendor links where applicable are retained to prevent orphaned listings.
The activity records from the deleted contacts are shifted into the primary contact's journal.
Duplicate contacts may be visible to admins on a centralised instance if a contact has been entered by multiple salespeople. For example if an office is running SalesPartner-Cloud, agents may have client overlap through entering open home visitors.
