If you wish to print a list of Groups and Group ID codes, follow these steps:
1. Click More on the main menu
2. Open Settings
3. Click Print Reports
4. Open the Groups template
As a general rule, duplicated listings should be Withdrawn and deleted 24 hours later (if you wish to reuse the listing reference number). Withdrawing the listing allows the listing status change to propagate correctly.
To Withdraw a listing, lookup the listing in Listing Entry using the lookup tool or, double click into the listing from the Gallery.
Click on the Listing tab and select Withdrawn from the status drop down menu.
To permanently delete the listing, click Delete, and review the confirmation dialog before clicking OK.
In SalesPartner you can merge letters to scores of contacts for email and direct mail. You can also edit templates and insert images into your customized letters.
Depending on the size of your images and the number of letters you are printing, you could exceed the memory required by your printer resource. This may result in images not being printed on all pages.
To mitigate this risk, you can save your merged letters as a PDF, and then print the PDF. This step will compress the document into a much more manageable size for your printer.
1. Click Save All
2. Choose where to Save your PDF in your computer
3. Open your PDF file and click Print
You can upload listing information directly from SalesPartner into campaigntrack.
You will need to contact SalesPartner so that we can provide your Office XML Reference code to Campaigntrack, and request an API Key.
