New registration codes will be available from 25/10/2014. When you launch SalesPartner, you will be prompted to download your new code using the Re-Register button.
If your registration attempt is blocked, or if you are unable to re-register SalesPartner for any reason, please call us on 04-471-1849, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your registration is available, we can email your new code to you so that you can enter it manually and continue using SalesPartner without interruption.
SalesPartner-Cloud registrations will be automatically updated.
If you are running SalesPartner-Cloud from a Windows 7 workstation, your screen may flicker when you attempt to email a report as a PDF. A workaround is to restore down the report window before you click email. The permanent solution is to upgrade to Windows 10.
