If you are not able to complete your scheduled weekly backup when prompted, open SalesPartner Utilities -> Offsite Internet Backup, and check these settings:
- Passive FTP Mode should be ticked
- Use Alternate Backup Server should be ticked
Then click Backup and Go. Upon completion, these settings will be saved for future backup events.
Still not working? If you are using third party antivirus software such as Avast / Eset / Norton, try deactivating your Antivirus software temporarily then running Backup and Go. If this resolves the issue, we can help you add an exclusion so that the Rezyutil.exe process is allowed.
