In creating this template we're considering how agents can stand out from the crowd. Other platforms like Google and Facebook are already saturated with property advertising content, which has driven up the cost of online marketing. NZ Twitter is relatively underused for real estate marketing and has powerful micro targeting options. And although Twitter's audience is smaller (estimated 330,000 NZ users), the age demographic is more evenly spread when compared to Instagram or Facebook whose audiences skew towards younger users.
The next step will be to run a proof of concept, and walk through publishing a boosted tweet. We'll be looking to gain insights into what value, engagement, and exposure can be obtained through a granular campaign.
