In this guide, we'll use Microsoft Word 2016 to email a vendor report in HTML rather than as an attachment.
First, open your SalesPartner Report and click Save to save the report as a PDF document.
Open Explorer, Right click on your saved PDF file > Open with > Word 2016
You'll be prompted to convert your PDF to an editable Word document. Click OK
Once the conversion is complete, you can edit your report in Word.
Click Mailings > Select Recipients > Choose from Outlook Contacts...

Find and select your email recipient in Outlook Contacts. Tip: Send a test email to yourself.
In Word 2016 > Mailings, click Finish & Merge > Send Email Messages...
In Merge to E-mail > Message options
To: = Email Address
Mail format: HTML
Enter a Subject line and click OK to send
Check your inbox for new messages, and review the report. The report will be displayed as an HTML message, instead of an attachment.
