In some situations you may wish to send a PDF document to your clients, which is larger than 2mb. Larger files can be shared more easily as a link using Cloud file applications such as OneDrive.
To share a file using OneDrive, use your Microsoft Account credentials (Outlook, Hotmail) to log into OneDrive using your web browser: https://onedrive.live.com/
Navigate to your desired folder, and click Upload.
Select the file that you wish to upload, and click Open.
Once the file has uploaded, right click and select Share.
Select Get a link, then click Create link.
Click Shorten link.
You can now copy and paste the link into your SalesPartner email as a Hyperlink, so that recipients can download your shared file.
Open a letter template in SalesPartner.
Paste the link into the body of the email.
Select the link text and click Insert -> Hyperlink.
Paste the link URL into both fields (URL & Text) then click OK
