Sometimes you may launch SalesPartner and see the icon in your Taskbar, but the application does not appear. This can happen from time to time, especially when you connect external monitors. SalesPartner remembers it's screen position for future sessions. So if you close SalesPartner on a second screen - it will open in the same position for your next session.
Here's how to fix it:
First press Windows+D to show the Desktop.
Click on the SalesPartner icon in the Taskbar, and press Alt+Spacebar together.
You'll notice a dialog popup on your desktop. Click Move
Now tap the Arrow keys on your keyboard (try to guess where the app was last, if it was on a extra right hand side monitor, tap the left-arrow key).
You should see a frame outline like this. Once you've moved the frame into your current screen, left click or press enter to drop the frame in place. SalesPartner should now appear normally.
