In SalesPartner you can merge letters to scores of contacts for email and direct mail. You can also edit templates and insert images into your customized letters.
Depending on the size of your images and the number of letters you are printing, you could exceed the memory required by your printer resource. This may result in images not being printed on all pages.
To mitigate this risk, you can save your merged letters as a PDF, and then print the PDF. This step will compress the document into a much more manageable size for your printer.
1. Click Save All
2. Choose where to Save your PDF in your computer
3. Open your PDF file and click Print
