The listing agreement template in SalesPartner is a generic agency contract which can be modified to suit your requirements.
The template can be printed blank but will merge many details of your appraisal listing if they have been entered in SalesPartner. This can improve readability and efficiency by minimising handwritten comments and double entry. You can also export the agreement as a PDF which can be signed electronically.
In Listing Entry add an appraisal listing and click Print Reports.
Under the Listing Kit open the Listing Authority template.
Export options include:
An additional export option under save is RTF - a Microsoft Word compatible format. Although some aesthetic formatting is not preserved in this export, the document is usable. From word you can save the file as a .Docx which most parties should be able to edit.
To save the listing authority as an RTF for MS Word, click Save and drop down Save as type to select RTF File (*.RTF)
