For operators who run both OfficePartner as well as SalesPartner simultaneously, the applications should be opened in this sequence:
1. Launch SalesPartner
2. Launch OfficePartner
Failure to open these apps in the correct sequence can result in SalesPartner launch errors.
If you open OfficePartner then attempt to open SalesPartner while OfficePartner is still running you may see this error.
To resolve this error: Close OfficePartner and open SalesPartner first. Important: You must enter your OfficePartner password to close the application. If you click Cancel in the password dialog window your session will be locked.
