Follow these steps to configure RemoteApp.
Step 1. App Permissions.
When you first launch SalesPartner, the RemoteApp Unknown publisher prompt may appear.
Select Don't ask me again for connections to this computer
Step 2. SalesPartner Settings
When you first open SalesPartner, you'll need to change the default settings. Note: OfficePartner users must follow these steps before using OfficePartner.
Open SalesPartner and click More -> Settings.
- Open INI Settings
- Click Set Server
- Enter F:\spartner\
- Click OK
Tip: Copy and paste the path above as the "spartner" directory in SalesPartner.
In INI Settings open the Gallery tab.
In the Images menu select Don't check.
In INI Settings open the Misc tab.
- Ensure Hide Activity rather than delete it is ticked.
- For Zoom for variable sized windows (Gallery / Contacts) the recommended level is 125%. This setting increases the font size in the Gallery.
Step 3. Restart SalesPartner
Close out of SalesPartner to save your INI settings for future sessions.
Some other settings are available on request:
- Gallery filtering - allows you to view a specific region's listings and sales in the Gallery.
- Email - outbound SMTP settings for emailing flyers and reports from SalesPartner.
