This error may appear if you attempt to produce a report but your listing photo file sizes are too large. It can occur for example with a Gallery report such as a CMA if you have selected say 20 properties and some of those photos were each several megabytes. Solution: click into the listing or sale, and hover your mouse over the main photo to show the photo's file size. If the resolution is greater than 2048 x 1536, right click on the photo and use Quick Resize to choose a lower resolution. Repeat this process for all listings that are going to be in your CMA / report. If your photo file sizes are too large, you may not see an error but the report could fail to render / display altogether. Or if the report does render you may notice photos missing.
SalesPartner can download page views from Trade Me Property. To get page views, the Trade Me listing ID must be entered in Listing Entry > Internet tab > Trade Me ID. Tip: Do not confuse the Trade Me ID with the Trade Me Suburb ID. To locate the Trade Me ID, open Trade Me Perform a top level keyword search using your listing's company reference ID. Tip: Run this search from the Trade Me home page instead of from Trade Me Property. A home page search will always locate Commercial and Rural listings that may not be found when searching from Trade Me Property. Click into the listing and copy the Trade Me Listing # Paste the Trade Me Listing # into SalesPartner. Once you have loaded your Trade Me listing IDs, you can download page views via the Gallery. Open Gallery and select listings. Click Tools > Get Page Views > Trade Me. Page views are displayed in Listing Entry > Activity, and also published in listing activity reports.
