Updated CMA reports now support price per land / floor area The Photo CMA report now calculates price per land and floor area based on the selected unit for example hectares, acres or metres squared. This feature was requested to enhance rural and commercial CMA reports where comparable sales are used as a guideline based on the recent prices paid per land or floor area. These CMA templates now show price per land / floor area where applicable:

Before you create invoices and statements in OfficePartner, you should enter your office's contact details and GST information into System Maintenance. Open OfficePartner > System Maintenance > System File and enter the GST information into the Other tab. Enter the office's trading name in the Company Name field. Note: the Company Name field in OfficePartner does not need to identically match the corresponding field in SalesPartner. Under Address and Phone fill out the relevant fields then click OK and restart OfficePartner to apply changes.
This is an overview of the Owing system in OfficePartner and how it supports Advertising. Here are some key points:
The Owing system can include invoices for services like Auctioneer fees which may not be entered as a publication. We recommend entering photography, virtual tours, and feature property upgrades, as publications which can be completed as required. In Owing, each listing's account can be made visible when you are processing a sale so that any invoices entered as 'payable on sale' can be dealt with when dispersing funds from the trust account (and/or sending a combined invoice for commission and marketing to the vendor's solicitor). Note: If you enter a receipt without an invoice, the system will report that the vendor is owed money (regardless of whether advertising costs are allocated to them). Owing accounts are Active by default. When you have dealt with a property the account should be set Finalised. If any sold or withdrawn properties have outstanding invoices, they can be set Flagged to ensure they are followed up.
In this guide we'll add a new advert template for Realestate.co.nz and create a list of price options for their available promotional packages. The best time to create new marketing and pricing templates is on the go when you have new adverts to book for those platforms. In OfficePartner > Advertising > Maintain Publications > Insert and fill out these fields:
To setup the pricing table, you need to walk through booking adverts for the new publication. In Advertising > By Publication tab, click Add. Select your new publication's paper code and choose an Insertion date (publication date). In Add / Modify Listings in Publication, click + then lookup the listing you are promoting. Click Yes when prompted to create a new paper code for the template you created previously. Advert pricing menu Click '...' next to Advert Size to open the price table. Click + to enter the cheapest option first, then use down arrow or the tab key to navigate and add additional pricing options. Complete the Advert Size and Cost for each tier. Use the red arrows to reposition a row's order. The blue edit button is highlighted below. Now you can select a price option from the drop down menu. Click OK to continue. Now you can continue booking Realestate.co.nz packages for other listings or Close to return to the main menu.
