For Realestate.co.nz uploads, open home times are processed twice daily at 4am and 4pm. Note that the afternoon time is somewhat later than when new listings usually publish (around 2pm). So if a new listing is uploaded and the open home does not immediately appear, check again after 4pm to see if the open home is displayed.

From Thursday 25 October 2018, new registration codes will be available for current subscribers to install. You will be prompted to re-register when you open SalesPartner. A seven day grace period either side of the 1st of November allows you to re-register before automatic data locking is enforced. The grace period will end on the 7th of November. After the grace period, a new valid registration code will be required to access SalesPartner. Should you be unable to re-register automatically when you press the re-register button please contact us to request your code so that you can enter it manually. Cloud versions and salespeople running databases on office systems should follow the same process to confirm their registrations. When you successfully re-register the number goes green and the re-registration window will not re-appear. If this is not the case for you please let us know as soon as possible so we have time to track any missed subscriptions during the grace period.
Here is a quick way to save an OfficePartner-Cloud report into your local documents.
After a moment, the Save Print Output As window will appear so you can enter your file name and choose a location to save your report (in your local computer / file system). Your report will be saved as a PDF.
If you're uploading listings to Realestate.co.nz or Trade Me Property via the Gallery, use this shortcut to save time. Right-click the All button to quickly select listings for RealENZ (Realestate.co.nz) or Trade Me.
Question: I have a sale that I have finalised by mistake. I haven’t done the commission payment yet as we haven’t received a deposit. Can you tell me how I change it back to Sold (Pink). Answer 1: Change the sale's status. In Sales, click F (Finalised) to show finalised sales, and double click into the sale you wish to change. Tip: If there are many sales, you'll need to scroll down to the bottom to find your recent sales. In the Details tab, click Change Sale Status, and click Yes to proceed. To change the sale's status to Sold (pink) enter S and click OK. Click Save Close the sale and in the Saleslist screen click Refresh. Now the sale's status is Sold (pink) Answer 2: In this method, the sale is practically deleted altogether, so you can start from scratch using a new sale number. In Sales, click F (Finalised) to show finalised sales, and double click into the sale you wish to withdraw. Tip: If there are many sales, you'll need to scroll down to the bottom to find your recent sales. Click W to Withdraw (crash) this sale. Review the confirmation notes and click Yes to proceed. Now you can add a new sale from scratch and start over.
