No "Available From", fill this in the Alert field on Features Tab ...Please enter the date that the flat becomes available.
An operator encountered this error when attempting to upload a Rental listing to Trade Me via API: Solution: Open the Features tab and enter the listing's Available Date into the Alert field. Now the upload issue should be resolved.

Follow these steps to find and import expiring foreign listings into SalesPartner from Trade Me Property. Open SalesPartner, More, Import Data, Trade Me, Multiple Listings. Open the Suburb ID tab and click on the Trade Me icon to lookup your suburb. Optional: tick Adjacent Suburbs to include results from neighbouring areas. Important: Check that Use my Trade Me Account is ticked. Click Find Listings and enter your Trade Me credentials to allow SalesPartner to use the Trade Me API when prompted. Results are displayed newest first so scroll to the bottom of the list to find old / potentially expiring listings. Select listings using left-click and the Ctrl key, or hold Shift and tap the up/down cursor arrow. Click Download Selected to continue. When the download has completed click Yes to Show these listings in the Gallery. Note: In Gallery, use the column tools menu to enable the Expiry Date column. Drag and drop column headers to shuffle the order. Click on the column headers to adjust the sort order for Expiry Date / Listed Date. The listing expiry date is recorded in the Listing tab in Listing Entry. This is a suggested date only, automatically calculated by adding 90 days onto the property's listed date. Prospecting Click into the envelope to merge a template letter to the owner of a foreign listing. The template is designed to fit a window DL envelope. You can print and deliver or post the letter. Tip: Merge multiple vendor letters at once via the Gallery. Click All and open the envelope to access the letter templates. You can edit and save personalised merged letters on the fly.
A number of standard report templates in SalesPartner can merge your website address into your flyer contact details and / or branding. To enter, edit or modify your website address open SalesPartner, More, System File and open the Report Clauses tab. There you can change the website address in the field labeled Website. Enter the website title only, with 'www' as the prefix. Do not include http:// or https://. Then restart SalesPartner to apply this change.
If you encounter a socket error when attempting to sync SalesPartner from a remote location or external network, the first thing to check is the public IP address for the location of the server at: http://checkip.dyndns.org/ The address above will tell you which remote server IP address to test in SalesPartner, and which address your dynamic DNS record should forward to, if applicable. Tip: Ensure SocketServer is running on the server by opening SalesPartner, More, Synchronize, then enter Localhost as the server address and open Advanced, Log in to establish a loop connection. On a networked instance of OfficePartner, a client workstation showed MIDAS.DLL errors when attempting to launch OfficePartner. After checking that the Midas.dll application extension was present in Sys32 and SysWOW64 folders, we also analysed AV / Firewall behavior. After elevating program compatibility to Run as administrator the error went away.
