Click Find Listings and enter your Trade Me credentials to allow SalesPartner to use the Trade Me API when prompted.
Results are displayed newest first so scroll to the bottom of the list to find old / potentially expiring listings. Select listings using left-click and the Ctrl key, or hold Shift and tap the up/down cursor arrow.
Click Download Selected to continue.

When the download has completed click Yes to Show these listings in the Gallery.

Note: In Gallery, use the column tools menu to enable the Expiry Date column. Drag and drop column headers to shuffle the order. Click on the column headers to adjust the sort order for Expiry Date / Listed Date.

The listing expiry date is recorded in the Listing tab in Listing Entry. This is a suggested date only, automatically calculated by adding 90 days onto the property's listed date.
