Then open Reports. Double click to open Commission Summary, then enter your date range and click OK to continue. The top performing salespeople (by commission) are listed first. Question: I want to reposition the logo in my SalesPartner letter to the right. But when I drag it across, it reverts back to the left automatically. Whether you're editing the template or editing a merged letter on the fly, the solution is the same. Click on the image so it shows as selected. Right-click the image and select relative to paragraph - auto wrap left or right. Now drag the image to the desired position using your mouse. The image / logo will remain where you place it. If applicable, text will wrap around the image automatically.
On an instance of version 14, the DL Cards tab under Report Selection was not showing the report thumbnails. Troubleshooting ruled out Windows scaling including font scaling, hidden task-bars and other Windows display settings. Eventually the issue was fixed by re-installing SalesPartner from scratch (V12 install migrated to V14) with only Reports, Pics1 and Letters folders left in place (the remaining spartner folder items were recycled along with %appdata% and rezy.ini. Once the fresh install completed and the latest Offsite Internet Backup was restored, the DL cards tab functioned normally.
Agents can print a second agent on their SalesPartner reports using the main menu salesperson options. In SalesPartner
The selected second agent is displayed: Close Salesperson options to continue. The selected second agent is now printed on reports (if supported).
Question: How do I make screens easier to see? For example how can I make the To-Do List font size bigger? To edit screen zoom settings in SalesPartner open More > Settings > INI Settings > Misc tab. Restart SalesPartner to apply changes. Tip: To keep the scale consistent, you should increase or decrease the zoom by increments of 25%. Your ideal zoom setting should be 150% (large fonts), 125% (standard), or 100% (small). Zoom for fixed sized windows:
