Facebook Marketplace lets you notify all interested buyers. This feature means you can touch base when a deadline is set or if a marketing change has occurred. Tip: When you are messaging buyers you can include links, and contact info. The platform has excellent reach - comparable to SMS. Facebook ensures your message gets noticed.

On the busy new listing days from Tuesday-Thursday, there might be several premium-featured new listings loaded into Trade Me. All things being equal these listings are displayed in the order they are uploaded in. So to ensure your new premium listing shows first in Trade Me's buyer alert notifications (sent around 2am) try uploading your new listing later in the day after everyone else has finished up. Bonus tip: If you upload your base listings on Sunday or Saturday your listing might be the only new loaded property. In this case your new base listing could have its own buyer email alert with no competitor's listings included. It's also more likely to be ranked higher instead of buried under the premium / featured listings.
You can create a buyer group for each listing. Why do this?
Tip: SMS is a time sensitive communication method. It's best to send a follow up text message to buyers who visited a similar property within the past 3 months. Grouping buyers allows you to re-target buyers based on the properties they have visited or registered under. In Contacts you can select multiple groups at once to check how many buyers you'd potentially have for a similar prospect listing.
PropertySmarts have introduced an Automated Value Model to their street report data. The AVM is a calculated value estimate based on market data similar to those provided by OneRoof, Homes.co.nz, and Trade Me Property Insights. SalesPartner can import AVM data by suburb or street to create personalised direct mail campaigns. Digital meets Print Media
