When listing a property on Realestate.co.nz as a Tender or Auction, be sure to select the applicable pricing method in Listing Entry > Realestate.co.nz options. Furthermore, if the Realestate.co.nz pricing method is Auction or Tender, then Auction/Tender Date and Details must be entered into SalesPartner to avoid upload errors. As a recommendation, the appropriate SalesPartner Listing Type should also match if the listing is a Tender or Auction. An example from a Realestate.co.nz error report showing missing Auction / Tender Date and details:

For offices running SalesPartner, past open homes should be marked as completed where applicable. This helps to ensure that the To-Do List is kept tidy. To-Do List navigation can slow when hundreds of outstanding activities are not marked as completed. When listing activity is synchronized by salespeople, activity maintenance is also beneficial downstream. Example: For this lab we'll tidy up outstanding historical open home activity for a multi-user networked database. To mitigate against potential lock/index issues, bulk activity processing is best performed after hours or when fewer users are busy entering open homes for example. The To-Do List for this database is not quick to open due to outstanding activities that remain incomplete. We'll complete historical open homes to reduce the default list size. 1. Click Open Homes to filter by open home activity only. 2. Adjust the date filter to only show past open home activites. On this example the date change takes a few moments to apply. 3. Select All. Again, this action may cause a delay depending on the size of the list and /or hardware specifications. 4. Click Complete > OK to proceed. For this lab it took around 2 minutes to complete 193 activities on a low spec workstation. It is not unusual to see a 'Not Responding' application status message during an event like this. Upon completion, the dashboard is empty. Click Refresh to deactivate filters and review your remaining incomplete activities.
Find out how to fetch page views (hits) from Trade Me. Page views are imported as listing activity. Part 1. Trade Me ID To import page views, you'll need to enter your listing's Trade Me ID into the Listing Entry > Internet tab. When you are viewing a listing on Trade Me, the ID is displayed in two locations: - In the ID field, - In the URL address. Note: The Trade Me ID is unique, and not to be confused with the company reference ID. The Trade Me ID must be filled in for page views to work in SalesPartner. Copy and paste the Trade Me listing # into SalesPartner > Listing Entry > Internet tab > Trade Me ID Tip: Use a listing's company reference or street address as a search keyword to quickly locate any property on Trade Me. Part 2. Get page views Once you've entered the Trade Me IDs for your listings, you can get page views in bulk via the Gallery. Tip: In Gallery, use Other Selections > Trade Me / Realestate.co.nz > Select Listings with Trade Me Suburb to filter Trade Me office listings. Select listings using the check box or by clicking All / pressing Ctrl + A to select all. Click Tools > Get Page Views > Trade Me If this is your first time using Trade Me API services from your workstation, you'll be prompted to enter Trade Me account credentials. You can use your personal Trade Me account instead of your office account if you wish. Tick Remember me if you do not wish to reenter your details in future. Once the process is complete, double click into a listing and open the Activity tab to confirm the page views are recorded. Page views are published in standard Activity reports. Open Print Reports > Activity and try Vendor report.
