In some situations you may wish to send a PDF document to your clients, which is larger than 2mb. Larger files can be shared more easily as a link using Cloud file applications such as OneDrive. To share a file using OneDrive, use your Microsoft Account credentials (Outlook, Hotmail) to log into OneDrive using your web browser: https://onedrive.live.com/ Navigate to your desired folder, and click Upload. Select the file that you wish to upload, and click Open. Once the file has uploaded, right click and select Share. Select Get a link, then click Create link. Click Shorten link. You can now copy and paste the link into your SalesPartner email as a Hyperlink, so that recipients can download your shared file. Open a letter template in SalesPartner. Paste the link into the body of the email. Select the link text and click Insert -> Hyperlink. Paste the link URL into both fields (URL & Text) then click OK
To edit Buyer Locations, open More -> Settings -> Buyer Locations. Click into the table and press Insert on your keyboard or click the Down Arrow key to open an empty field. Enter a new location description, then click onto a different location field to lock the table. Restart SalesPartner to apply changes.
The 'Table is Busy' error is usually reported when an operator is attempting to restore a backup, but it can also occur on a network deployment, or when multiple instances of SalesPartner have been unintentionally opened. If you are attempting to restore a backup, and the 'Table is busy' error appears, ensure that SalesPartner is not running on your local PC, or networked PC. Check your Task bar to see if the SalesPartner icon is active, or you can open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and check that Real-EZY SalesPartner is not running. If it is running (one or more instances), you can select it and click End Process. Restarting your PC will also force any running instances of SalesPartner to close.
