Synchro AT is used to schedule synchronization. One use case is where you have an offsite server running automated uploads to websites. The upload server can be programmed to synchronize automatically on schedule so that listing information is kept up to date. In More > Synchronize > Advanced > Synchro AT Click Add to schedule daily synchronization events using 24 hour clock format. Click Update Now to synchronize on demand. When Synchro AT is running, that instance of SalesPartner is busy but you can open a second instance (check that mulitple instances is enabled in INI Settings > Setup). Synchro AT will systematically synchronize against every saved server profile. This allows you to fetch changes from multiple locations.

In Listing Entry you can produce a marketing calendar via Reports. However, for the report to work there must be at least one activity entered with Show on Vendor Calendars ticked. In Listing Entry > Activity, click Add and make sure Show on Vendor Calendars is ticked. Click Reports > Activity Tab > double click Calendar to open the report.
If your office is running SynchroServer salespeople can synchronize listing changes to download new listings, activity, contacts, sales, and much more. To Synchronize SalesPartner open SalesPartner > More > Synchronize. Then click Synchronize.
If you use a Gmail hosted email account, you can configure SalesPartner to use Gmail's SMTP server to send outbound messages. This means that emails sent via SalesPartner will be saved in your Gmail Sent folder. Tip: Gmail's daily email send limit is 1,000. Open SalesPartner > More > Settings > INI Settings > Email tab.
Send a test email from SalesPartner - preferably to a different address, because emails sent in a closed loop (sending an email to yourself from yourself) may be flagged as suspicious. If you see this error, it means you need to allow Less secure apps in your Google Account settings. Log into Gmail then visit myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps?pli=1 Change Allow less secure apps to ON Now retry sending an email from SalesPartner. The email should send normally. You can view the email in your Sent Mail folder in Gmail.
In a couple of recent cases, SalesPartner would suddenly disappear from an operator's computer. An operator noticed that this happened every time they deleted three listing photos in SalesPartner. A check of the Antivirus software Trend Micro's logs revealed that SalesPartner was being quarantined for unauthorized file access. The solution was to create an exclusion in Trend Micro for both the local file path C:\spartner\ as well as the executable rezy.exe.
