When handling images or photos in SalesPartner, you can use Fix aspect ratio to correct a photo's ratio so that it fits properly into your brochure, flyer, or webpage. The Fix aspect ratio tool adds white borders to photos to adjust their aspect ratio. A common scenario is where you have a vertical property photo and wish to correct the ratio so that it is not zoomed in for reports. Right click any listing photos to use Fix aspect ratio. Another example is if a salesperson's photo is not appearing correctly in flyers, open More > Settings > SalesPeople > lookup and click into the salesperson, and in their photo tab, right click on their photo to use Fix aspect (ratio). Tip: If a salesperson's photo is shot in landscape instead of portrait you should crop their photo using Paint instead of using Fix aspect ratio because fixing the aspect ratio alone could make their photo appear small on reports.

You can download pageviews for listings published on Realestate.co.nz. Open the Gallery and select listings. Tip: Press Shift and tap down arrow cursor key to select multiple listings. Press Ctrl + A to select all listings. Open Tools > Get Page Views > Realestate.co.nz Any missing listings will be listed once the process completes. Residential, Rural, and Commercial listings are supported. If a listing is missing, use the listing reference as a search keyword to determine if it is published on www.realestate.co.nz/ For the Realestate.co.nz pageviews feature, listings are located using the company reference. This is different to the Trade Me pageviews tool which relies on the Trade Me ID (in Listing Entry > Internet tab) to find listings. Realestate.co.nz pageviews are recorded as Activity in Listing Entry > Activity tab.
A critical vulnerability patch is now enforced by Microsoft for Remote Desktop Protocol. This affects RemoteApp, Azure hosted Remote Desktop, and standard remote desktop. Basically both the server and the client PC must be up to date in order to establish a remote connection. If either instance is not patched, you may see the CredSSP encryption error: To check for updates in Windows 10 open Start > Settings > Update and Security and click Check for updates In earlier versions of Windows open Control Panel > Windows Update > Check for updates
Unlike SalesPartner, the company name in OfficePartner is not linked to the registration file. For consistency, the company name in SalesPartner and OfficePartner should be identical. Note: if the company name does change in SalesPartner it is not automatically updated in OfficePartner. To change the company name in OfficePartner open OfficePartner > System Maintenance > System File and edit the Company Name field: Restart OfficePartner to apply changes.
On an installation running SalesPartner 14, in Contact Entry and Listing Entry the Activity tab displayed activities in an excessively large (unreadable) font. In earlier versions of Windows the font scale could be adjusted via Control Panel > Display settings. Display settings are now available in the Metro/UWP Windows 10 Settings menu only. After exhausting Custom Scaling and Ease of Access settings the issue was fixed by creating a new Windows user account from scratch.
