On a salesperson copy (11.0.0.19) where activity was mostly synchronized from the office server (12.0.0.25), a persistent not a valid timestamp error would occur in the To-Do List. After exhaustive troubleshooting, the simplest solution was to restore a blank Activity.db data-file via SalesPartner Utilities > Reread Datafiles > Advanced options. Another recovery scenario would be to restore a backup on a virtual machine and sync activity into production (to recover destroyed activity data). This would minimize data loss compared with doing a full restore on the production copy. While it is possible to export activity records as a CSV via To-Do List > Tools, there is no import facility.
