5 minute challenge: Appraisal Marketing Calendar

Quickly add a marketing calendar to your appraisal presentation. Calendars can help to open a dialogue with your vendor around their time frame.

1. Enter your appraisal listing:

This guide shows you how to quickly enter an appraisal / prospect listing into SalesPartner:

Open Listing Entry and click the Plus symbol ' + ' to add a new listing.

• Select Prospect as the listing type.
  
• Enter a new reference code. Tip: Click Generate Reference, enter 'Z' as the prefix and click OK. This ensures that all prospect listings begin with Z.
  
• Enter the prospect listing address.
  
• Enter the Vendor's name.
  
• Click OK.

2. Create a calendar:

To print a calendar, at least one activity must be entered against the prospect listing.

• Open the Activity tab.
  
• Click Add to enter an activity
  
• Enter a blank activity for every month you wish to print.
• For each activity, tick Show on Vendor Calendars

Open Print Reports.

Under the Activity tab double click on the Calendar template.

There will be a page for each month.

• Use the arrows to switch pages.
  
• Click Print, Save, or Email.
  
• Use the Save arrow to create a PDF copy in the prospect listing's media folder.
