This guide covers how to use the A4 double sided booklet flyer in SalesPartner. This compact folded brochure is suitable for including extensive property information. We'll look at how to fill in each page, and what printer settings to use.
To use the Booklet open Listing Entry, lookup the listing and click Reports.

Pages 1 and 4

The first leaf of the template shows the cover page and the back page. The cover page publishes the main property photo, the address, and the advert header. The last page shows the fourth photo and the property Features. You can edit these via the Features tab in Listing Entry.

In the Features tab, click Edit Features to enter comments or use the drop down menus and check boxes. There are separate tabs for interior and exterior features

Pages 2 and 3

The second leaf displays the legal property description, the advert text, and photos two and three.
Tip: use the arrows to toggle pages.

In Listing Entry, use the Advert tab to edit the advert. The report's advert font will resize to fit a longer advert if necessary. However if your advert has numerous carriage returns this can chew up space because the automatic resizing script uses the advert's character count to adjust the font size.
The Advert Selling Points are printed in column one of the property description (page 2). Selling points are automatically formatted as bullet points. Each selling point should be typed on a separate line. There is room for approximately nine selling points.

The property description is compiled using the information entered in the Address tab:

Tip: The property URL and QR code are generated using the Web Link field in the Internet tab

Printing

Open the report and click Print. Select a suitable printer and open Properties. The layout settings are usually found under the Finishing (or layout) tab.
  • Double sided printing should be ticked
  • Landscape orientation should be selected.
  • Left or short binding should be selected.

Note: You can also print an A3 version of this report from the A3 reports tab.
