In an office copy of SalesPartner, operators need to enable an INI setting to ensure that when they delete an open home this change is propagated to synchronized copies of SalesPartner. Open SalesPartner > More > Settings. Open INI Settings > Misc tab. Select Hide Activity rather than delete it. Click OK and proceed. A restart is not required to apply this change.

When I enter an address in Contact Entry, the Suburb autocomplete is spelled incorrectly. To fix this, find and correct all incorrect spellings within the database. In Contacts > Status, deselect all selected status filters. This will reveal all contact records regardless of their status. If necessary, use the column options tool to show the Address 2 (Suburb) column. Open the Column filter for Address 2. Locate and select the incorrect suburb spelling to show records. Correct the spelling for each record. This guidance applies to other auto-correct fields such as Listing Entry address fields.
