In a SalesPartner RemoteApp deployment, the Custom Reports folder is shared. This enables users to work from a single consistent template set. Using a shared Custom template set, care should be taken to avoid editing reports which are used globally throughout the organization. In simple terms, if you edit a report your changes are applied for all RemoteApp users. Should you require an additional custom template, check with your design team to confirm that your changes are on-brand, or submit your proposed changes through the appropriate channels for your organization.

Updated: how to log-off RemoteAppApplies for: SalesPartner-Cloud deployments including RemoteApp and RDP environments When uploading to portals, each upload should be run in sequence as opposed to simultaneously. The best practice is to nominate an administrator who is responsible for uploads so that only one upload is run at a time. Note: Website uploads are processed using the temporary Internet Publishing folder. If two or more uploads are run simultaneously there is a risk that files in the temporary folder could overlap. Uploading to Realestate.co.nz:Upload administrators should know approximately how many listings are eligible for publishing. Follow these steps in order, to obtain the correct number of eligible listings that qualify for uploading. Open Gallery click Refresh Verify that the Listings counter is showing the correct number of available (and conditional) listings. Click Other Selections > Trade Me / Realestate.co.nz > Select Listings with Realestate.co.nz Record Review the number of selected and available listings in the counter. Click Internet Publishing Select the Realestate.co.nz template, click OK
For ultra fast contact lookups, enable Fast Contact Lookup in INI Settings. Open SalesPartner > More > Settings > INI Settings > Contact Entry tab Check Use Fast Contact Lookup The setting is applied immediately - a restart is not required. How-to: Use Fast Contact LookupThe Fast Contact Lookup interface uses Locate style searching instead of Contains. Locate: With Locate, search results are located rather than listed. Think of it like Lotto Strike, the search results will match the text in order. This means you cannot search 'outlook' to find email addresses that contain 'outlook' (Contains search). Instead of reducing the list of results, a Locate search shows you the location of your result in the list. In Contact Entry, click Lookup Contact (Ctrl+F). Enter your search text into the Find field You can switch your search field using the drop down menu.
Understand how Printer redirection works for SalesPartner in Azure-RemoteApp and RDP environments. When you print reports / letters from SalesPartner-Cloud, Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol uses Printer Redirection to provide your local printer properties and services. SalesPartner also uses your default printer to render templates - this is important for printing A3 reports. To ensure that your A3 reports are rendered correctly you should check that your default printer supports A3 page layouts. You can check your default printer in Control Panel (All Items) > Devices and Printers Your default printer shows the tick icon. Right click on printers for more options. Printing from SalesPartner-CloudWhen you print a report from SalesPartner-Cloud, your default printer will appear. Your printers will be listed in the drop down list, and will show redirected beside their description. Click Properties to show your printer options. It sometimes takes a second or two to bring up the Properties window. Print delayWhen you click OK to print the document, it can take longer than usual - sometimes up to 30 seconds, for your print job to arrive at your on-premise printer. The time taken can depend on your network speed and the size of the print job file, and is increased for templates such as magazines which typically contain numerous images within the report. The print job must travel from the datacenter where SalesPartner-Cloud is hosted, through the internet to your local printer. You can check that your print job is pending in your System Tray.
