This guide covers how to use the A4 double sided booklet flyer in SalesPartner. This compact folded brochure is suitable for including extensive property information. We'll look at how to fill in each page, and what printer settings to use. To use the Booklet open Listing Entry, lookup the listing and click Reports. The booklet template is under the Flyer tab. Double click on the thumbnail to preview the flyer. Pages 1 and 4 The first leaf of the template shows the cover page and the back page. The cover page publishes the main property photo, the address, and the advert header. The last page shows the fourth photo and the property Features. You can edit these via the Features tab in Listing Entry. In the Features tab, click Edit Features to enter comments or use the drop down menus and check boxes. There are separate tabs for interior and exterior features Pages 2 and 3 The second leaf displays the legal property description, the advert text, and photos two and three. Tip: use the arrows to toggle pages. In Listing Entry, use the Advert tab to edit the advert. The report's advert font will resize to fit a longer advert if necessary. However if your advert has numerous carriage returns this can chew up space because the automatic resizing script uses the advert's character count to adjust the font size. The Advert Selling Points are printed in column one of the property description (page 2). Selling points are automatically formatted as bullet points. Each selling point should be typed on a separate line. There is room for approximately nine selling points. The property description is compiled using the information entered in the Address tab: Tip: The property URL and QR code are generated using the Web Link field in the Internet tab Printing Open the report and click Print. Select a suitable printer and open Properties. The layout settings are usually found under the Finishing (or layout) tab.
Note: You can also print an A3 version of this report from the A3 reports tab.

Question: Our listing has upcoming open homes on Saturday as well as Sunday. How do I get both open homes to show on a report or flyer? Solution: The report needs to be printed from the To-Do List. This applies for any scenario where you wish to print multiple open homes for the same listing. Open To-Do List and click Open Homes in the lower menu bar. Select All and click Print Reports. The Open homes template is designed to be made available to the public. Double click to preview a report. All of the selected open homes are displayed. Tip: you can change the print order by adjusting the To-Do List order. For example to reverse the chronological order, click on the Date column header then reprint the report. Activity events are printed in the same order in which they are selected.
Real-Ezy Rentals software has a development version which is used for emailing landlord statements. However for other standard rentals processes the stable copy of Rentals must be used. Batch files are used to switch between the two application versions on the fly. Prerequisites: In C:\, a new folder is created called Rentals. Two sub-folders are created called RentalsN and RentalsO. The executable for the new version of Rentals is pasted into the RentalsN folder, and the old executable is pasted into RentalsO. When executed, the first Batch file copies the new application from C:\Rentals\RentalsN\ into the standard Rentals launch location C:\Program Files (x86)\Rentals. Note the /Y switch after Copy which forces the overwrite to occur without a confirmation prompt. Next the Rentals.exe application is started. Copy /Y "C:\Rentals\RentalsN\Rentals.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rentals\" The second batch file performs the same operation but replaces the executable with the old version from the RentalsO folder. Copy /Y "C:\Rentals\RentalsO\Rentals.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rentals\" Desktop shortcuts are added to enable users to run the desired version on demand.
