A workstation that was running Eset security was not able to establish a connection to their RemoteApp SalesPartner server. To fix this we temporarily changed their Eset > Network > Firewall mode from automatic to interactive. This allowed us to grant permission and create a permanent rule or exception for their RemoteApp port and IP when we next launched SalesPartner. Once we changed their Eset firewall mode back to automatic, the rule persisted so that SalesPartner-Cloud will keep working.

Next, enter your username and password. Click yes if you are prompted to trust this connection etc. Then your apps should be available to use.
You can add a Facebook hyperlink to your SalesPartner newsletter. First copy your Facebook page's URL. Tip: Read this guide to find out more about editing SalesPartner letter / email templates: Open your preferred template in edit mode (note you can add hyperlinks on the fly when you merge a template, but for this guide we'll edit and save the template for future use).
Paste your Facebook URL into the URL (Web Address) field. The Text field will automatically display the text you highlighted previously. Click OK. The Facebook link will show as an underlined hyperlink. Try sending a test email to yourself to check that the link works correctly.
Question: How can we add a QR code for our listing's website URL onto our A3 Window Cards and flyers? QR Codes SalesPartner will automatically create a QR code from the listing's Web Link URL. So the first step is to paste your listing's webpage URL into Listing Entry > Internet tab > Web Link. The QR code is created when you click Save. Merge field Follow this guide to create a custom report: In edit mode, select add new image from data field (from the left menu tools) then on your report template, click (approximately) where you'd like to place your QR Code image merge field. Once you've inserted your new image merge field, the Graphic from Listings window will appear so you can select which field to merge:
The QR Code will need to be enlarged so that it prints clearly. Right-click the QR Code object and open Options. Enter an equal value into both the Width and Height fields to ensure the ratio remains perfectly square. Click OK to continue. Drag and drop the object to the desired position. Note: avoid manually adjusting the object size because the image will stretch if it is not perfectly square. Snap-to alignment Use the Snap-to tool to align your QR code with nearby objects.
In this example, we selected the agent photo as an anchor object to right-align our QR code object. Use Preview to view your progress. Remember to save your edited report.
