Follow this guide to schedule a private viewing appointment with a buyer. We'll provide location details, instructions, and automatic reminders straight to their smartphone as well as yours. We will also receive a notification once they accept our invitation.

Schedule an Appointment
Click on the System Tray Date to open your Calendar.
- Select the Date of your appointment
- Enter a description 'Inspection'
- Select the viewing time
- Enter the street address and suburb in the Location field.
- Click More details
Send an invitation
- To invite a participant, enter their email address under People.
- Enter your meeting instructions underneath the appointment time.
- Note the Reminder alert is set for 15 minutes in advance
- When you click Send the invitee(s) will receive an emailed invitation to accept the meeting appointment.
Accept an invitation
The recipient will receive an emailed invitation to accept the meeting appointment. All participants are visible and the meeting instructions / location and time is displayed.
When the invitee clicks Yes you'll be notified that they are confirmed to attend. All confirmed participants will receive meeting reminders.
Cancel an appointment
If you need to cancel the appointment click Windows Start and open Calendar.
Click into the appointment to open and edit the meeting details.
Click Cancel and enter a message (optional) and click Send to notify all participants.
The invitees will receive a cancelled meeting notification and their calendar will be automatically updated.
Tip: Outlook Sync
If you're running Microsoft Outlook you can sync your SalesPartner contacts to Outlook via Contact Entry, Legal/Other tab. This also means your SalesPartner contacts will sync to your linked devices automatically.
Link your work email to Windows 10
If your Windows account isn't linked to an email, or if you wish to add a work account / email address to your personal calendar (so you can send invitations from your work email) let us know so we can assist remotely.
