Follow these steps to produce a CMA report of recently sold comparable listings in under 60 seconds.
Prerequisite: You'll need to have your territory's recent sales statistics CSV data imported from the REINZ website - contact us for help or learn more here:
- Open Gallery
- Click on the Sales Tab
- Enter the suburb into the search box
- Tick the sales you wish to include
- Click Print reports
- Under the CMA tab, double click CMA
Print, Save as PDF, or Email the CMA report.
