If your listing has a PDF floor plan, you can convert it into a graphic image file in order to upload at as a listing photo for Trade Me or Realestate.co.nz. Open the PDF in Adobe Reader We'll use Adobe Reader to take a snapshot of your PDF document and then paste the graphic into SalesPartner as a photo. You can install Adobe Acrobat Reader using the link below (get the free version, not Acrobat pro trial). Open File Explorer using Windows + E on your keyboard. Right click your PDF file and Open with > Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Take a snapshot Adjust the Zoom if required to make your floor plan fit the window. My example plan was a little small so I've increase the zoom up to 150% to enlarge it. In the menu ribbon open Edit, and click Take a Snapshot. Starting from the top left corner, tap and hold the Left mouse button and drag diagonally across to highlight the area you wish to snapshot. When you release the mouse button the image will be saved to your clipboard so you can paste it into SalesPartner or MS Paint. You can repeat this step if you wish to simply replace the clipboard content with a new photo. ![]() In SalesPartner, Listing Entry, Photos tab, right-click on the photo area where you want to insert the floor plan then click Paste. Note you can also paste the snapshot into MS Paint for further editing / cropping. Resolution If you need to increase the resolution for your floor plan image, in Adobe Reader open Edit, Preferences. In General set the resolution for Snapshot tool images.
Extra resources: In this guide you can learn how to use the similar Windows Snip tool to take a cropped photo of anything you wish to screenshot.
