Using SalesPartner you can import Trade Me listings from multiple suburbs simultaneously. So instead of ticking Adjacent Suburbs to retrieve a wide selection of properties, try entering a comma separated list of suburb IDs in to the search field.
In this example we'll import several suburbs that we've been allocated under our office's farming area of Porirua
Open More, Import Data, Trade Me - Multiple Listings and click on the Suburb ID tab.
Click on the District column header to change the search parameter then enter your district for example 'Porirua'.
Make a note of the individual Suburb IDs you wish to import, using a comma to separate them.

Now paste the suburb IDs into the search field and click Find Listings.
The available listings from your custom suburb list will be displayed. The list is automatically remembered for future downloads, however if you are downloading from various regions you should save your own custom suburb lists somewhere such as Microsoft OneNote. https://www.onenote.com/
