If you're running an REAXML feed to websites such as Hougarden.com or Neighbourly.co.nz, you can send only listings which have changed (in a date range) instead of the full batch every time. This can speed things up, especially if you're maintaining over 100 listings.
Follow these steps to filter only listings which have changed in a date range (including Sales and Withdrawn listings).
In Gallery, use the column options tool to enable the Change Date column. Tip: Column preferences are saved automatically.
Enable ASW using your normal preferences to reveal Sold and Withdrawn listings for X days.
Hover over the Change Date column to show and click the Column tools chevron, and click Custom.
In the left hand drop down menu, select is greater than.
In the right hand menu, select your desired date to go back (1 week for example) using the calendar. Click OK to proceed.
Now only Listings changed in the past 7 days (including sold and withdrawn listings) are displayed.
Important: Use Shift+Down Arrow to select listings rather than the ALL button ('All' does not obey column filters - as you can see from the tab count).
Now run your REAXML upload normally.
Click on the red X to discard column filters.
