You might dread prospecting during lock-down, and you need to know how rewarding these sessions can be.
To get warmed up find every buyer lead you have such as online queries and open home visitors. Remember that many of these contacts are potential sellers.

Hi its NAME at COMPANY how are you? Nice day isn't it?
Hey this is just a quick call, you were on the radar for a property in SUBURB and I wasn't sure what you were really looking for?
That's it, nice and simple. Owners will tell you if they are trading up or down. Take notes and finish the call like this:
Would it be OK to keep in touch? What's your best email? (or verify the address you have).

Impression

These calls will make an impact with your customers. The subtext is that you are dedicated, caring, and you don't waver. Think about the impression you'll make with potential sellers along the way.
Tip: Send an SMS as well as voicemail to start chatting with contacts who prefer to text.
